By accessing or using the SnapRx mobile application and associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

SnapRx is a medication management platform that provides:

• Prescription bottle scanning via optical character recognition (OCR)
• Pharmacy price comparison across 20+ chains
• Drug-drug interaction checking
• Medication reminders and adherence tracking
• Health metric logging and trend analysis

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security measures
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapRx, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (medication records, health metrics, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for providing the Service to you.

7. Pricing Information

Prescription prices displayed in SnapRx are estimates based on publicly available data from NADAC, Cost Plus Drugs, and pharmacy chain APIs. Actual prices may vary based on:

• Your insurance coverage and plan
• Pharmacy-specific pricing and promotions
• Geographic location
• Quantity and supply fluctuations

SnapRx does not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing information. Always confirm pricing with your pharmacy before purchasing.

8. Third-Party Services

SnapRx integrates with third-party services including the FDA's openFDA API, NIH RxNorm, Google Cloud Vision, and pharmacy pricing APIs. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of data from these third-party sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPRX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or health information
• Inaccurate drug interaction warnings
• Inaccurate pricing information
• Errors in OCR bottle scanning results
• Missed medication reminders due to device or network issues
• Any adverse health outcomes

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SnapRx in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
